This policy explains how Surelio SA ("Surelio", "we") handles personal data collected through surelio.com. We collect as little as possible and never sell it.

What we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: first and last name, work email address, company, role and the content of your message. We also record the page the form was submitted from.

Why we collect it

To answer your request and, where relevant, to discuss an engagement. The legal basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider. HubSpot processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and may store it outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, under the safeguards described in its own privacy documentation. Our website is served by GitLab Pages, which processes technical connection data such as your IP address to deliver the page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Data related to an active or past engagement is retained for the period required by applicable contractual and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. If you have previously visited a HubSpot-hosted page, a HubSpot tracking cookie may already exist in your browser; when present, its identifier is attached to your form submission so we can link your enquiry to your visit.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write toinfo@surelio.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
